This policy explains what information Xdevora LLC ("we", "us") collects through xdevora.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you ask about and your message. If you email or call us, we also keep that correspondence.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. The web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), which our hosting provider uses for security and troubleshooting. We load website fonts from Google Fonts; when a page loads, Google may receive your IP address and browser request to provide those fonts.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To prepare a quote or scope if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who sees it
Contact form messages are delivered by email to our director. Our email, web hosting and font providers process information as described above to operate the site. We share it with others only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not become projects for up to two years, then delete them. Records for paid projects are kept as long as business and tax rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing director@xdevora.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
