How a project runs
Six stages, the same on every job. You always know what is happening and what we need from you.
First conversation
We ask what you want built, who will use it and what it has to do. If a simpler or cheaper route exists, we say so.
From you: a rough description of the jobWritten scope and quote
You get a document listing what will be built, what will not, the expected timeline and the price. Nothing starts until you agree.
From you: approval, or changes to the scopePlan and design
We agree the structure and the main screens or flows before building, so changes are made while they are still cheap.
From you: feedback on the planBuild and review
We build in short stages and show you working versions along the way.
From you: a quick review after each stageTesting and launch
We test the work, then put it live on your hosting or servers. The steps are written down so they can be repeated.
From you: access to hosting and domain accountsHandover
You receive the source code and notes on how to run it. After launch we fix problems that come from our work.
From you: tell us what real users run into
Who owns the work
You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code is yours.
How pricing works
Defined projects get a fixed quote from the written scope. Ongoing work is billed monthly. We give no price before we understand the job.
